BIO:

Cristian Ávila was born in Cádiz, Spain. He currently resides in Reykjavik after having worked the last three years in Malaga as a Professional Dancer for the Company TRAVELLING PRODUCCIONES, following his time at FACTORIA INNOVACIÓN with the piece "UNIVERSO VANGELIS" by Stroke114. In addition to work having in other artistic projects such as choreographer of the musical "Benidorms Rocketman" in Benidorm; including several musical clips.

In 2016, he completed his professional degree in classical dance at the Maribel Gallardo Professional Dance Conservatory in Cádiz. As a dancer, he received first prize in the contemporary dance discipline at the Cádiz City Dance Competition in 2015 and second prize in the Contest "VIVE TU SUEÑO" National Final in 2016 in Madrid. He trained at the Andalusian Dance Center in contemporary dance and completed the official Master's Degree in Dance and Movement Arts at University of Murcia in 2013.
